These Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe the text messaging programme operated by Guru Labs / Conscious AI (“we”, “us”, “our”).
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
If you opt in, we may send text messages including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for calls booked through our sites/funnels
- Webinar registration confirmations and event reminders
- Follow-ups related to your registration or attendance
- If you separately opt in to promotional messaging: occasional programme updates, announcements, and offers related to our AI education programmes (including Conscious AI Academy and Conscious AI Accelerator)
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your activity.
Typical patterns include:
- Appointments: 1–3 messages per booked call (confirmation and reminders)
- Webinars: up to 4–6 messages per event (confirmation, reminders, “starting soon”, and follow-up)
- Limited-duration campaigns (where opted in): up to 1 message per day for 3–7 days
COSTS
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
OPT-IN
You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our websites/funnels, or by another method that clearly discloses the programme terms and obtains your consent.
OPT-OUT
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

CARRIER AND DELIVERY NOTES
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and device.
PRIVACY
Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
ELIGIBILITY
By opting in, you confirm you are authorised to use the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
CHANGES
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
